A skip bin sits in your driveway for a week and waits for you to fill it. You still have to drag the mattress out, still have to lift the washing machine, and still have to find someone to help with the lounge.
We turn up with the truck and the trolleys, carry it out ourselves, load it, strap it and drive it away. You point, we lift. Most jobs are finished in the time it would have taken you to book the bin.

The good things

Anything in good condition goes to a Toowoomba charity store. Furniture that still has years in it, kitchen things, linen, tools, books. It stays in town and somebody here gets the use of it.

Sheds and garages are the jobs people put off for years. The door opens, the pile looks back at you, and it goes back on the list for another summer. Part of that is the lifting, and part of it is not knowing where any of it is meant to go.
We start with a walk through, either in person or from a few photos on your phone. You tell us what is staying, and everything else is ours to sort. We work in three piles: keep, donate, and finished. The keep pile gets stacked back neatly where you want it. The donate pile goes to a charity store in town. Only the finished pile goes to the waste facility.
Garages usually hide the heavy things: an old chest freezer, a push mower that has not started since the last owner. That is all normal. We bring trolleys and straps, and we take the doors off if that is what it takes to get something out.
Bigger clear outs, a whole house before a sale or a settlement, can run over more than one visit if that suits you better. Some people want it gone in a day. Some want to work through it a room at a time and have us back on the Saturday. Both are fine, and we will quote it either way.

Do I have to load it?
No. That is the whole point of ringing us instead of hiring a bin. You show us what is going, we carry it out.
What can you not take?
