Longer runs are done on request. We travel west as far as Roma and east to Brisbane and the coast, so if the furniture is going to family interstate or a parent is moving closer to the kids, tell us where it needs to end up and we will price the trip.

Quotes and booking
How do I get a quote?
Ring us on 0426 560 150, text a photo of what needs moving, or send the form above. For a house clear out we come and look at it first, free of charge.
How far ahead should I book?
A day or two is usually enough for a small move or a tip run. Clear outs tied to a settlement date are better booked a week or two out so the date is held for you.
Do you charge for quotes or travel?
No. The quote is free, the on site look is free, and there is no travel fee inside Toowoomba and the surrounding suburbs.
Can you work on a weekend?
Yes, we work Saturdays, 8am to 4pm. Through the week we are on the road from 8am to 6pm. We do not run jobs on Sundays, but we are still contactable, so you can ring or send photos through and we will have a quote and a date sorted for you.
Pricing
How is the price worked out?
By the size of the job, the access at both ends, and how long it will take. You get the figure before we start, not after.
Will the price change on the day?
Only if the job changes, and we tell you before we do the extra work. Nothing gets added quietly at the end.
Do you take card?
Yes, card or bank transfer. You get an invoice with the ABN on it either way.
On the day
Who turns up?
One of the team, and a hand when the job needs two people. Not a different crew each time, and not a subcontractor you have never spoken to.
Do I need to be there?
It helps at the start so you can walk through it with us, but for clear outs we can work to a written list once you are comfortable.
What will you not take?
Dangerous chemicals (All safe chemicals require inspection prior to delivery), gas bottles, asbestos and tryes in large quantities. Tell us up front and we will point you to the right place for them.
Estates and downsizing
Can you help clear a parent’s house after a death?
Yes. We sort it with you into what you keep, what goes to a charity store, what is sold and what goes to the tip. Nothing leaves the house until you have said so.
Can you work to a settlement date?
Yes. Tell us the date and we work back from it, so the house is empty in time.
Do you take donations to charity stores for us?
Yes. We know the local stores, their hours and what they will and will not accept.
